Just to be overall healthier and feeling good.
I would say: (in no particular order)
1. Be able to run a mile in 7 mins flat (I am an everyday smoker of 10 years, thats gotta go first I know)
2. Be able to bench @ least 200.
3. 25 pullups with no rest
4. 50 pushups no rest
Just starting off with easy goals I can obtain ofc.
