I agree. Learning a variety of body movement styles and adapting them to your own style can be very beneficial.

I was looking for more triggered comments regarding the introduction. Lol

I actually love this style of training/movement. Nothing impresses me more when it comes to athletics than someone manipulating their body weight to do amazing things. It's far more meaningful than doing a 500 lb deadlift, at least to me.
