So I weigh around 205, I'm 5'8" so this is pretty heavy. I got some chub on me for sure.
I'm still decently physically fit as in I can run, bike, lift and etc. I'm just fat now and not as strong as before.

I'm mainly looking a sort of light cardio routine I can combine with eating less and maybe some weightlifting to gradually lose weight and change my life style.

Anybody have anything they used to use or know about in mind?
Also, age is 25.

yup, I'm 6'2 200 (I started my weight loss last month and weighed 218). CARDIO CARDIO CARDIO. Do 20-30 mins every day, walking at 4-4.5 mph.

You want to stay in your targeted heart rate zone in order to maximize fat loss, in order to find this number, take 220 - your age (in your case, this number is 195) and then multiple 195 x .6 and 195. 8

These equal 117 and 156. These are the numbers you want your heart rate to stay in between for the duration of your cardio in order to absolutely shred fat. Closer to 150 bpm, the better.

I swear this works. Follow my cardio https://www.instagram.com/treadmilldaily/

You have to take a look at your diet and decide what you want to accomplish- sounds like weight loss/fat loss which means you need to clean up your diet and eat at a deficit

Cardio, working out is great but if you don't have a good grasp on your diet/your body then it will only get you so far

Also, my own personal advice would be don't go for a huge caloric deficit, it's unhealthy. Don't aim for something crazy like 15 pounds a month, it's probably not going to be healthy weight loss. Aim for 5-8 pounds per month and be consistent
