Question last time I did SS and Texas I had pathetically small arms, pecs weren't that great either cuz my bench was 220. Anyone recxomend me accessory workouts? I want big arms this time around. I'm still gonna be doing SS and Texas I just wanna add some extra exercises at the end of the day (NO CHIN-UPS!!!!!!!)
Why not just do your regular power days and twice a week on off days go in and do two bicep exercises and two overhead extension tricep exercises. I suggest overhead becsuse regular benching will will still be hitting your tricep while overhead for me atleast activates a different area of the tricep.
Nothing that's going to screw up your main strength days. You could do this after your main strength work as well. Just depends how much time you have.
