Hi everyone

I have never posted here, but I want to ask a few questions to people that probably have a better understanding on fitness than I do.
I'm trying to think of a specific workout plan, one that I can stick with and can improve on either at a gym or at home. I'll have access to both starting next week when school starts back up for winter term.
I'm about 6'2, and 155. Tall and lanky

I don't really want to just go to the gym and run, or just do bench/curl/squat, I'd like some variety that can help me be just healthier.
I'd love any advice and tips, thank you
