Hi everyone ^_^

I have never posted here, but I want to ask a few questions to people that probably have a better understanding on fitness than I do.

I'm trying to think of a specific workout plan, one that I can stick with and can improve on either at a gym or at home. I'll have access to both starting next week when school starts back up for winter term.

I'm about 6'2, and 155. Tall and lanky :LOL:

I don't really want to just go to the gym and run, or just do bench/curl/squat, I'd like some variety that can help me be just healthier.

I'd love any advice and tips, thank you :D

Here is what you need to do for the first 6-8 weeks.

FULL BODY WORKOUT
Any will do.

After that PUSH PULL SPLIT

But this doesn't really matter if your diet ain't in check. 90% DIET 10% WORKOUT. PERIOD.

From your stats, I would say you want to build muscle. CALCULATE YOUR BMI AND CALORIE INTAKE AND INCREASE YOUR STATIC LIMIT BY 500 CALORIES.

You will build muscle period.
