Someone give me a full body workout for 3 days a week.
I'm moderately experienced in a gym, so I know what most lifts are and how to execute them.
Goal is to lose weight right now.
I plan on doing 30+mins of cardio to start and then around an hour to an hour 15 of lifting.
Hit me with a full body plan or anything else you guys see fit.
Once I'm not busy anymore I plan on getting back to 5x a week after work each day, I'll take a plan for that too if someone is so willing.
All goals right now are to lose weight because I got real fat over the past year.
