Started working out again after a couple years of doing nothing.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 2 hour days.

My wife and boss said I've been a lot more of a dick lately.

I'm assuming it's from all the testosterone I haven't released

What things can I do to combat this, because I'm not an angry person but I want to tell people to fuck off or to stfu more often than ever lately.

How are your energy levels?

In all honesty, could be you're less of a pussy and more of a man. Hard workouts exudes alpha-ness and confidence. Perhaps people that walked over you, suddenly feel intimidated or feel less inclined to do so.

Energy levels are fine, obviously a little more tired than normal because we're doing strength and size instead of just one. I personally don't mind the anger and hatred, but apparently my boss and wife don't like it all too much lol.

Lol, test increase is not permanent from workouts. It's all in your head. You're either becoming a douche or you're finally manning up.

Basically this.

It seems like a lot of guys start lifting and think they're hard as fuck now and can just be a douche for no reason.

It's not out of the ordinary to have minor behavioral changes when you introduce additional workload and stress. Your body is adjusting
