Starting Strength goes through the motions of a beginner lifter with form.. Gets into a 5x5 program that will breeze you through novice gains.

Wendlers 5/3/1 is good when you want to start working percentages, it's super easy to use and super versatile with hundreds of renditions like the Texas Method or Beyond 5/3/1

Juggernaut Method is pretty awesome, works kind of like the 5/3/1, or at least the same methodology.. Works percentages, but the method has you progress a lot faster, adding weight to your 1rm every 3 weeks.

There's plenty out there, you can look up bro splits on BB.com.. It all depends on what you want I guess.

This is good information and I'll use it but I
Guess I'm looking for more of a do this this and this on this day then the next day do that that and that. So on and so forth. Something to repeat weekly while following those strength building guides but for now I just want a routine to stick to until I'm more knowledgeable about different exercises before I target specific body parts
