It has been a long road getting back to deadlifting comfortably, but, i finally feel good enough to put some work in and work on getting strong again

these are some clips in order of which they happened

The first time i hit 405 post injury was September 1st

notttttt pretty at all, so i backed off and worked on mobility more and started to slow down on my marathon running and insane cardio i was doing

the second time i attempted it i ended up doing a pretty clean double which was in October around the 31st, mentally i've really changed gears and started to focus more on powerlifting

This is November 13th where i really did more work trying to focus on keeping my lats tighter and not hyper extending at the top of my lift

405 kinda became my tell tail working sets, as of today now that i have a bit of a game plan, i plan on backing down off the weight to maybe something in the mid 3's or high 2's and start attacking my weakness's

Heard of Jim Wendlers 5/3/1? If stalling at 405 consider his program out just for deads maybe. I think it's mostly for intermediate lifters but I started it with maybe a 355-365x5 dl and went up to 425x2-3

Why are you shirtless in a public gym though, little douchey don't you think? lol no hate, i'm sure it's a great panty dropper tactic

yea i've heard of it, i'm going to start a program soon, not sure which though

shirtless is pretty common at my gym and my gym is pretty uhhhhhh unique and by far the best gym i've ever gone to, no one really cares what you do, and i dont think a single person there even glanced at me in my video

it's full of some really serious powerlifters, bodybuilders and fitness chicks so my numbers and physique are pretty "average"
