yea i've heard of it, i'm going to start a program soon, not sure which though
shirtless is pretty common at my gym and my gym is pretty uhhhhhh unique and by far the best gym i've ever gone to, no one really cares what you do, and i dont think a single person there even glanced at me in my video
it's full of some really serious powerlifters, bodybuilders and fitness chicks so my numbers and physique are pretty "average"
