meal prepping is the best.

Make a heaping amount of chicken/rice/veggies that lasts 2-4 days

It amazes me that people cook literally only for 1 meal.. Like someone who makes soup that takes 30+ minutes of prep and an hour to cook and its only enough for 2 bowls..

Always meal prep. Like stated above its silly to spend almost the same time just making a tiny portion. Always on the go too

literally the most time saving thing you can do. cook enough for the entire week, freeze half, and take them out on thursday
