So how to start explaining this one..
Well I'm training to join the marines, and one of the tests you have to complete is a cooper test.
It is mandatory to run 3000Meters in 12 minutes 1km / 4 minutes.
Now I have been focussing alot on my cardio lately, and for some reason I really run alot better when I'm under the influence of pre-workout.
It feels like I'm able to push my body above and beyond.
Without preworkout I run 3000/3050 meters on average, and with 3/4 scoops I run around 3350/3400.
Wich is a crazy diffrence, however I have no idea if this is healthy as sometimes I feel like i'm about to puke but there is nothing to puke.
Just internal shit going on, as I would call it.
Is taking 2/3/4 scoops really that unhealthy?
I weigh 79 kilos, and got the idea from my brother whom is power lifting (he always uses 3 scoops) and he weighs in at 145 kilos +/-
So I would like to know what effects this actually has, because when I use it I really push my body to the limits, and sometimes it feels really unnatural.
If it helps I use : No Xplode XE EDGE as pre-workout.

It says on the container to not take more than one scoop within 24 hours (as do most pres if not all)

It’s also probably not good to take it right before running that much

Do research on supplements you use before using them

And I guess it does, i'm just curious about the actual facts on this issue.
Ofcourse I know 3/4 scoups isnt recommanded ...

So try the recommended scoop and see if you still feel that way lol

The real issue at hand is you’re taking way too much of it

Theres a lot of sups that “work” but will still destroy your body if you Use them wrong

Most full strength preworkouts have about 200-300 mg of caffeine or caffeine supplement. If your taking 3-4 scoops thats 600-800 mg of caffeine on the lower end. To put that in perspective a shot of espresso is about 60-70 mg of caffeine. so your essentially taking 10 espresso shots right before running. Off course its not healthy and you will feel like shit afterwards. That's like asking if its fine to be using NOS every time you drive your car.

1.9 Miles in 12 is pretty fast. Your heart rate would be jacked already. WHy the fuck would you take a preworkout?

Go do cocaine before you go for a big run next time. It'll probably be healthier

I take alot of pre-workout, get close to a heart attack and sweating like a pig. Then I smoke alot of weed to calm down.

Do this every day for optimal results.

Okok this is pretty legit, ill give it a try don't think 1 scoop will do anything for me now so I will lay off it for abit and when I use it again try to take 1 scoop per.

Can't smoke weed when you join the militairy... they test ur blood and shit... gotta be a clean.. However Im allowed to be black as Lenny and join up though
