Currently I’m 200 lbs lost all my muscle from high school and pretty damn big. Been working out in the gym the past two weeks and I’m just bulking up for a month and a half then going to start cutting after that. Wondering what you guys use for like Fats/Carbs/Protein when cutting?

Currently I eat

0.5g/fat per lbs
1.25g/carbs per lbs
1.5g/protein per lbs

Total is 3100 calories a day. Do not do any form of cardio besides when I warm up (5 minutes on the treadmill then begin on the workout)

I take 4 scoops of protein powder. One right when I wake up and go to bed. One right before I workout and right after. Along with creatine in each shake. Also take a preworkout C4 and BCAAs (2 scoops = 14g BCAAS, then Protein is 6g BCAAs per scoop x 4 = 24, 38 all together) multivitamin fish oil and green tea extract 3 times a day. Been eating super healthy foods like PBJ on wheat bread and tuna fish sandwich. Apple banana oatmeal and eggs for breakfast. Cottage cheese and fruit cup. Peanut butter and protein before sleep.

Curious to see what my macros should be for cutting.

Assuming you're putting in 1 serving ~ 5 gram of creatine in each shake, thats 20 g a day. 1 serving is all you need, but i take 2 cos im not a pussy (in preworkout and in bedtime shake)

Im cutting on around the same calories too atm, but im a fair bit heavier. Roughly 50% / 20% / 30% (Carbs, Protein, Fats)

hold on a fresh second, so ur 200 lb and ur having 300 grams of protein a day?

Protein intake seems like a bit much, I thought a gram per pound of body weight would suffice

this, or .7 seems to be the most popular number people have settled on
