Hey everyone. As of this morning I'm up 16 lbs (gains are definitely slowing down), so I'm at 158 lbs since the beginning of September. I'm definitely way stronger than I was 2 months ago also. During my last back day I went heavy on DLs and gave myself a damn internal hemorrhoid. Also, this past Saturday was the first time that I lifted with a personal trainer. I definitely enjoyed it and will be training with him once a week now.

Can one of the regular bros post a pic of me from Saturday on here? I can send it via text to a trusted bro because I don't remember my photobucket login from years ago lol.

Disclaimer: I'm not big, obviously. I'm just seeing a bunch of improvements in strength and physical appearance and I'm sorta proud of the hard work that I've been putting in.
