As far as I know, there is not a single medical study that proves creatine is bad for you.

Just drink more during the day. A kid on here even said he'll be taking a scoop of creatine for the rest of his life, because of the extra energy and focus.

I took it for a couple of months and noticed a lot of growth in my muscles.

Now I take 2gr a day in my morning shake to compliment my current routine and food intake.

On & off since 10th grade.

I get really good results from it, hence me saying good things about it every chance I get. I recommend you take a good look at the different forms of creatine: https://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/topicoftheweek67.htm

I've had my best results in recent years with CEE, specifically the Green Bulge brand recommended in that article, but also I think maybe PVR makes a cheaper one that's just as good.

I've tried a few forms and none have been useless to me outside of a monohydrate that was granular as heck that I tried in hs. I tried other monophosphates and monohydrates and they were fine, though. The article takes a dump on monohydrate.
