Somehow got heat rash / sweat rash on my shoulders from lotion after a hot shower etc.

Is it a bad idea to go and hit arms if it's on my shoulders a little bit? Because I imagine I'm going to sweat at the gym. Maybe as long as I wear a loose shirt?

I will take a naked selfie and post it here if you post a pic of yourself holding a sign.

I would avoid all exercise if I were you.

I'm not saying it would. I want to make sure that it don't prolong the healing process or make it worse because of lifting.., sweating etc

Stop taking long hot showers if your skin is sensitive. Learned to wash with as cold as possible.

Get wet. Scrub. Rinse. Done. Nn pussyfag singing time under there. Plus you'll cool down and sweat less after a cold one.
