385 squat
405 deadlift

I've been lifting pretty religiously the past year roughy, I'm very happy with my numbers so far!

That's a good bench compared to the other two. Normally you would see more disparity. Probably one of the odder ratios iv ever seen.

I can dl twice as much as my damn bench. Gz on keeping your bench up, N1.

My numbers are similar to OP's but thats because ive always been susceptible to lower back injuries when I try pushing myself hard on squat or DL.

I don't have have lower back problems, I'm just not as good at them so I don't do them much. It's a bad way of looking at it I know, I need to do them more so I can get better.
