Was wondering if anyone had any advice on where too look to start lifting. I used to in high school and such because of sports but I want to get into it again like 3-4 days a week I'm just not sure where I could go to find some sort of guide to find a well rounded weekly routine to follow

There's a lot of information in there and if you have any questions about it, it will serve as an easy reference point.

What I tend to do outside of talking to professional contacts is to search youtube to see if there's anything interesting/new. If you want to go deeper in your knowledge, consider reading some articles every once in a while :)
