So currently my lifts are far less than impressive. I have been mainly cutting now for about 15 months, so i expected to get much slower results from my lifts. Just curious if anyone had any tips or anything to give me a bit more steady increase in my lifts.
Bench: 200lbs for 5 sets of 4, and 5th set till failure
Squat: 245lbs for 5 sets of 5
Deadlift: 345 for 2 sets of 5

Any tips or input would be great. My friends have just passed right by me and feels bad to drop the weight so much on my rotation.

Cutting for 15 months? Were you abnormally overweight before starting?

Being in a constant deficit is never ideal if you're looking for strength gains. Outside of increasing workload of accessory lifts and maybe some speed work, I would take a look at your goals and decide if cutting continuously is worth sacrificing strength goals.

If you were cutting for 15 months and ACTUALLY eating your diet etc the entire time, then you'd already be to whatever goal you had set or far beyond it. Be honest with yourself.

I was pretty big when i started it. there were times when I took a week to eat normal, but got back to it. not gonna lie and say I was able to control myself the entire time, but i'm almost where I want to be. I'd really like to be down to 190-200.
I was a little over 300lbs at the start

You can't really worry about being passed by your friends in weight lifting when you're trying to cut weight still.. If you're losing weight with your diet and exercise, keep going until you reach the weight you want. Than raise your calories and find a baller ass program to follow.

TL:DR

Cut now

Eat big lift big later

No worries dude, everybody progresses differently. Just as long as you strive to be a better you every day, the rest of the pieces will fall into place.

post videos of your lifts and some people here will be able to help with form

there are many things you could be or could not be doing which could make the movement a lot more efficient. Your friends might be more skilled at the movement, or have better leverages too
