how da fuq y'all get so many carbs in?

I got an estimated amount of macros online it says
2903kc 160p 65f 421c

From what i've eaten today (granted i skipped lunch)
i'm at 69.85 protein 109.4carb 28.5 fat and 940kc

just toying around and assuming i eat a cup of rice and 1lb turkey i'd be at 188.85 protein (well above what i need), 172.6 carbs, 65.4 fat, and 2461 kc

Is something like 421 carbs reasonable or is that way off?
If so, how do i boost my carbs by 3-4x while maintaining the rest of the macros

Eat more calories? I mean, you could cut fat somehow... But you can't increase your carb intake and stay around that calorie range without lowering your fat or protein intake

what are you on about, carbs are ez.

Eat some bread, fruit, pasta, rice, cereal, whatever. Check labels, most stuff is packed with carbs.

And 400g carbs sounds fine, depending on stature, activity, etc.

Yeah but 300g extra of carbs is a lot.
What kind or amount of foods are gonna get me that? Even pasta is only like 30ish

well how small portions do you eat?

Oats, milk and raisins / other fruit is also gg

e/ should be pretty easy to hit 100-150g just with that. A large banana is easily 20-30g cho.

If you already used all of your fats/pro it's obviously gonna limit your choices

yeah i could be eating shitty foods i guess but i didnt think it was that bad lol

friend visited today so anything i ate after lunch i didn't really track since it was beer and then whatver i had at restaurant (grilled chciken on salad but was doused in dressing), some wings, and i just had a slice of pizza cause he left me a box

but here's my breakfast

had a protein bar as well cause didnt have lunch he didnt get here till dinner time basically (Though id usually have one before or after the gym anyways)

and then i fucked around with the idea of if i had 1cup of rice and a lb of ground turkey what i'd be at

You don't appear to eat much fruit. Easy carbs and easy to eat on the go or whenever. Morning, before gym, after gym in smoothie.

I'm easily crushing 2-3 bannas a day plus berries plus a kiwi.
