If I were to prep my meals, what would be the best possible meals for a bodybuilder ? Grilled chicken, some type of brown rice, sweet potatoes / broccoli , a veggie?

Gimme opinions

IDK what your goals are as far as body building but if you are looking to put on muscle mass then a good morning blender option would be; handful of spinach/kale, 1 cup of oats, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, 1 banana, 1 cup of w/e protein you like, 1 cup of mixed frozen fruits, couple of baby beets (for healthy blood flow) couple of baby carrots, your choice of milk. This is a recipe that yielded me some great muscle mass results back when I cared about being a big buff idiot... gradually over time i cut down/out on the peanut butter, oats, protein and milk while simultaneously adding the fruits/vegetables in efforts to lean out and did so very much and was happy with being leaner and having a more shredded body as opposed to a "buff/diesel" body like Rich Piana. Such body builders usually get fat and develop man boobs/tires around their tummies within a decade or so if they live that long.

I'm betting that people will smarten up in future generations they will look back at this whole steroid/gorilla/get huge body building fad and laugh "wtf were they thinking?"
