Hi guys, not been here in years so I probably won't know anyone, or anyone know me.
Few years ago I was into lifting a bit and really cut down my weight and gained strength and confidence.
Since lifting, which stopped around 4-5 years ago I've done Muay Thai for the last 2-3 years as well as been in a couple of relationships (basically eat and fuck alot, lol)
Whilst my physical fitness hasn't suffered, I do want to lose a bit of fat and I have something coming up in November where my weight on the scales does matter.
I've just started a new job I'm trying to settle in, it's a bit over the place tbh with shifts but I need to start trying to work around it.
I'm probably sitting around 210lbs or about 95-97kg for comparison.
I'm 23 and 6'2", I'll get an updated picture in the morning but here's a few various pictures.
Think these 2 were 155ish and 165ish respectively.

These days am a bit chunky, lol. Scales aren't working for some reason, sure I'm around 210lbs.
