What's you're favourite sauces or other additives to spice up some regular meals.


Just went to Costco, first time seeing pb2 in Canada. Tastes pretty damn good.

Also just came across power cakes. Good quantity per price at Costco. Pb2 power cake banna muffins Inc.

Personal favourites that never get old at this point are

Frank's red hot

Homemade teriyaki sauce
Ginger
Soy
Sugar
Water
Sesame oil

Bake some salmon in it.

Sriracha on everything. I just found this dank ass barbecue sauce that's made locally that is legit good on anything, sweet and spicy so fire.

I'm also a fan of seasoning called Tony Chatteries (might've spelled the last name wrong). I do long green beans tossed in that seasoning with a little garlic and evoo or butter

When it comes to seasonings curry + turmeric and sweet red pepper and i can eat chicken for months.

Curry is always nice. I also use a lot of turmeric but still hit a wall eventually.

Never seen Valentina but will try it if I ever see it.

I'll look out for the sauce ug warrior noted too.
