I was looking for a workout routine with body weight, no machine involved (if possible for most of them)
is there any kind of routine over the internet that could be good for beginner-medium trainer? I like doing excercises without dumbells and stuff, just my body, like... jumping excercises where I have to be constantly moving
just wondering
Im good with my weight atm but could be better, and thats more fun to do than lifting imo
I go to boxing classes but if I can do that alone with my own excercises, that would be awesome
