Been cutting for almost 4 months.
I was around 97kg, now I'm 88.
My goal is around 80,

Should I keep cutting or gain some muscle first? Befor going down again.

Also should I change my eating ? Or just keep going if I still lose fat.

Keep cutting until you're at your goal. Short comings transpire into other avenues of your life. If you stop losing weight, add more cardio or decrease calorie intake by 200-400 calories a day. Adding mass to a smaller frame, more cut, IMO is always more rewarding. Post back when you want to start adding strength. There are a lot of cool and helpful people in here!

Thanks for the great answer, what I am worried about is, losing to much muscle if cutting to long?
Or it can't happen?

I do high volume muscle saving training tho.

I think I'm still to fat
I'm 27, 1.81, 88 kg.

I'm at work now so can't post pic, but if looking at Google pics, I'd say I'm at 25-28% fat
