Keep cutting until you're at your goal. Short comings transpire into other avenues of your life. If you stop losing weight, add more cardio or decrease calorie intake by 200-400 calories a day. Adding mass to a smaller frame, more cut, IMO is always more rewarding. Post back when you want to start adding strength. There are a lot of cool and helpful people in here!
Thanks for the great answer, what I am worried about is, losing to much muscle if cutting to long?
Or it can't happen?
I do high volume muscle saving training tho.
