Do you guys know of any books or articles or even websites that are gg content for learning everything related to building muscle?

I'm not seeking a guide, I'm more interested in the science aspect of it.

How muscle breaks down, what's lactic acid build up, things like that.

I hope this isn't extremely vague, but to give you more of a background:

I've finally been able to reach a level of consistency with my fitness and I'm very interested in learning how everything that I've done so far has allowed me to build muscle and lose weight. I'm also blogging my weightloss experience so I want to be able to explain how it's all worked out.

Thanks in advance!

I enjoy a lot of Chad's materials. I think he offers lots of good technical advice and review. Your opinion my opinion.
