anyone know's protein shake without milk/lactose .
I may be lactose intolerant because I have freaking stomach aches feels like crap

Lol nature selection almost killed me when I was born. Ain't scare of that hoe but I can't handle the volcano going out

When ever I drink whey protein I also get stomache aches. But I don't believe I am lactose intolerant, I have not had issues with other milk products before.

Just experiment a bit with dosages.
Milk / frozen yoghurt / water / chocolatemilk / fruits
I usually down a big shake in the morning or before bed if I feel I need some proteins. Never any problems. Iron Stomach.
