So I've been posting here and there the past few months.

I started weight lifting about 6-7 months ago, going Monday through Friday.

I usually max bench on Monday's, but I went tonight with my friend, I put up 285 once towards the end of the workout. (This is a pr for me)

I'm so close to 315, this has been my goal since I've started, I'm so close I can taste it!

I'm just super ecstatic right now I needed to share with you guys.

Btw I started out at putting up 195 once. I've come a pretty long way imo, just gonna get better from here.

Btw I'll be posting a video once I get 315 :D

I'm 6'2 220 if anyone is curious lol

well done, and good luck

post a vid now, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain

PS not to bust your balls but 285 is not close to 315. Especially considering the mental barrier a lot of people get @ 3 plates

Well I've been going up like 10 pounds every couple weeks, I'm positive I'll be there soon!

Thanks man! It's just nice not being that super weak dude anymore.

No offense to anyone just starting out.

you realise relative strength is skewed to favour scrawns and manlets....... stay small

Either way, for not lifting I've made a lot of progress over the past 6 months. But thanks for being negative. Lol

Benching 285 within your first 7 months of training is astronomical. Most people do not enough hit that in their life.
