The last 3 months i havent been going to the gym because of work, and doing skateboarding instead of gym.
In august i start back up, and i want to hit the 1k club (squat + bench + dl =1k pounds) as fast as possible.
Anyone have tips on coming back after a break? Any routine good for benchmarking where my lifts are etc?
Im most likely doing a PPL routine, but if anyone has suggestions id appreciate it!
February stats:
weight 80 kg
Bench 87,5kg x5 (192.9 pnds)
Squat 100kg x 5 (220 pnds)
Deadlift 140kg x 5 (308.6 pnds)
Eat big and lift big..
Do percentages and lift in a linear fashion, you'll have gainz before you know it.
