I got into weight lifting seriously about 5 months ago, going 5 days a week and cleaning up my diet.

I've stopped noticing any progress as far as muscle growth, I know I'm getting stronger I just want to see the results.

If someone can pm me that would be great, thanks.

Keep doing what you're doing, and keep pushing yourself and you'll eventually visibly see difference over time.. It's been 5 months, you can't expect to look like Arnold in 5 months.
