lol just put on pants to hide legs nn to do leg days

or if you wanna wear shorts, work on ur calves
10 sets of 10 every workout at the end to get joocy calves

thighs are not a necessity though

if that's your vision on things, good for you, but i'd rather not waste my time training a body part that is pretty much useless
plus i don't have sex yet so i don't rly care

nah idc i'm only 23 y/o so there's no rush, still have plenty of time ahead of me

plus i watched a youtube video once and apparently what girls like most is chest/arms/arms and back, so i've been focusing on those areas + dieting to get more abs and doing planks too

But your thighs and core are by far the most important parts of your functional strength

And when I say core I mean the whole 360 degrees not just the god damn front
