Does anyone know if Hepa air filters (Ozone free) actually help with taking out dust/dander in the room? In Vegas it is pretty dam dusty and I have problems when I go there with dry eyes and plugged up sinuses.
I was wondering if this filter would help when I am indoors in my room/sleeping?

I take Antihistamines + steroid spray, but I still had problems the last time I was there.

Let me know what you guys know

Have you heard anything about ozone free air filters? Or it doesn't really matter?
