Sup gangsters
So I strained my lower back pretty badly about two months ago when I hyperextended it while snowboarding, and here we are two months later and I'm still moving around like a 70 year old man.. I haven't been taking the best care of it as I continue to snowboard and take impacts but it's time to take this seriously.
I know this is a common injury people get when they fuck up a deadlift so I'm wondering if any of you guys have experience with rehabbing this, exercises, stretches, stories, whatever.
I went to a dr and he gave me an anti inflammatory and a muscle relaxant which worked for a while but I used em all up, I'm looking to go au-natural going forward.
