Actually 140lbs for 5"5 (no laughs!)
I've gained 20lbs in a year, no workout nothing. I got completely overwhelmed by my weight and started being depressive about it.

Today i've started working out on my own, no gym, only following some good youtuber I find motivating.
I've done a bit of everything today, push ups and abs, and I went running for 1.8 mile in 21 minutes, which I think isn't too bad.

Spent a good $100 on stuff to push me going harder and harder,

The workout is going to last at least two months, I want to see dem abs appearing, I'll try to stick to it 5/7 as much as I can, as I'm eating healthy (i rarely cheatmeal, and i love apples now!)

I took pictures of myself this morning before starting it all, but I'm too shy to post them up, so I guess i'll just post the evolution throughout the weeks!

Wish me good luck
Tom :)

I am also 5'5", I know the struggle.

I hit 182 lbs at the end of my bulk. I have been cutting for the past 15 weeks and am down to 160 lbs, almost to the point where I will be trying to put on size again.

Just gotta stick with it even when you feel like shit.

You want to lose 20lbs and go to 120lbs?
Come on, put that fat to use and gain some muscle instead of going back full skeletor style.

It comes down to discipline. Motivation comes and goes.

Dont stop if you won't see progress, most important of all. It only means that you need more work to be done
