ok so I'm in dire need of new running shoes

Mine are old as hell and have thousands of miles on them prob

Any suggestions on brands of shoes?

I bought the Adidas Nano 3s like a year ago when I first started training.. I ended up trading them in for 30 dollar chucks because I wasn't "cross training". But I recently broke them out to start running and doing some sled pulls and I love them.

I've ran asics since high school, would just suggest going to a store and trying shit on though

Go into a running store and get their opinion. They'll see your gait/help you better than we can online. But I suggest ASIC/New Balance/Saucony
