I'm thinking about maybe doing a show in 3 years (might be in a long time, but definitely need some improvements on my physique before contemplating it, and I'm still a student so..)
Anyway, I'm at a point where I don't know what to do. I just finished a cut where I leaned from close to 195 lbs to 175 at 5'10, almost 5'11, 21 y/o.
1 RM Squat: 365 lbs in December, gonna try the 4 plates soon cuz alot of improvement lately, just waiting for my spotter to come and encourage the fuck out of me.
Deadlift: 4 plates x3
Bench: 255 lbs x1

I'm actually 182 lbs, up from the 175 lbs after my cut.
These were taken at 177 lbs:

I'm at a point where I DON'T KNOW WHAT THE FUCK TO DO NEXT...
I'm left with 2 options in my mind atm:
Continue a cut/maintenance for the summer until august 2017, then clean bulk until April 2018, then cut again and repeat.
Or I start my bulk now until April 2018, then I cut.

I'm lacking alot of size on my arms, chest and back (upper body) if I compare to my legs...
I was on a P/P/L routine with a main goal of strenght while I was cutting (funny but it worked quite well)...

Anyway, I was wondering if anyone had any opinions about what I should do, or tell me a good site where I could get some good lifting advices.
Also, I'm used to meal plans, and I make them myself by calculating all the macros n shit that comes in line...

Thanks in advance !

Puffy ass nips from the sterons?

They were not big ol marsh mellows in your before pic

Also, why is being a student a reason not to compete? You have ample time to train and recover right now, later in life add in full time work, commute, gf (bf) and you'll probably wish you competed earlier

Unless you mean you're a student and can't afford the sterons u want

The puffy nips on the right side comes from the weed I smoked earlier in my life. Side effect that I truly hate. I got a mass behind my nipple that I have to get removed but it's 2000$, which I can't afford. In the before pic, it was probably a bit cold so it didn't showed.

Also, it's just because I'm studying up to 12hours a day and I do already have a gf + I work + training. Basically I'm sleeping 5-6hours a day atm, which I know isn't optimal for muscle recuperation

Lifting is making me feel good and calm, but I need a stronger motivation. Until now, it was to be more performant in sports.. but I'm stopping em for personal reasons. So I need something to drive me to go further, so setting a goal of doing a show is a good way for me to push myself
