I am going to restart doing some lil cardio and bodyweight exercises at home like my boy serialj0e.
I am gonna take a break from lifting weights at the gym. need to change it up im getting a bit bored and this is the perfect timing since its closing for about a month ish

Gonna jog/walk for 30-45 mins a day (no more, I fucking hate walking its boring af), havn't in a while except when I walk the dog sometimes. (mostly during winter..)
And do 100 push ups a day for 30 days / hold planks til failure once or twice a day / other shit will mix it up
Cant do pull ups, no bar ;( unless I go to a park but fuck that
5 TIMES A WEEK, CANT DO NOTHING ON THURSDAY 99% OF THE TIME.

April 17th tommorrow, will post back every few days til May 17th to keep track.
With the typical gonna drink bout a gallon water a day like I normally do and eat good as usual

If anyone wanna join me lets do it 30 days (all for fun, any results just a bonus)

Then I go back to the gym, hopefully I last 30 days, I might get bored but this sounds kinda fun..something different for a bit

Perfect maybe with that extra time at home you could reach 50 ppd

It's been going down like crazy past few years, its not gonna ever get back to 50 ppd lol
