Seems like a rip-off of Lyle McDonald's the rapid fat loss handbook.

It'll work, but if you don't have some specific deadline, why not just go with a regular moderate caloric restriction?

Eh I just like trying different shit. I stopped lifting 3 years ago, so not like I have gains to lose, but iv heard lost minimal doing it.

Been on Keto for 3 months now, probably gonna do this, then go back to normal diet, since im around a normal weight these days

fuck if i didn't workout i would never ever diet.
like the past 5 months ive just lived life and ate anything without a care in the world.
felt good.

but still why not exercise? its so much easier to be able to enjoy food you like and i mean, its just healthy and good for you all around
