I think there's a website called road to 20/30 pull-ups or something that has a decent regiment, you're definitely going to want to do that, the grip strength and upper body pulling strength you gain from being able to do 20 proper pull-ups in a row is way more beneficial for an obstacle course than anything else you could do
Thanks for the information, I'll look into that. Wife and I already eat pretty healthy, so that won't be a problem at all.
Pull ups are tough for me haha, I think I've already got a disadvantage with my long skinny arms (less leverage)
