Sup guys? So I have some pretty white-trashy facial hair and I would like it to become less patchy and more full. I've started taking 5,000 mcg of biotin daily and have been doing so for about 5 days now. My question is, has anyone actually seen results from this or do you have any other suggestions?

Shaving irritates my face but I have to do it to avoid looking like a piece of trash. I'd rather not shave and look decent than shave and get razor burn all the time.

Thanks for the input so far guys! I only ask for personal experience because anything online says something like "there is no scientific data to support that biotin aids in the growth of facial hair".

Damn. I'm not losing hope just yet! If nothing works for me then I'll have to figure something out to keep my face from getting irritated by shaving. I'll get a trimmer and try that

How to grow a beard

1. Don't shave it
2. Don't trim it
3. Don't ducking SHAVE it

Srsly, be patient.. My maim blows in the wind, last year I didn't think it'd ever grow "takes like a week for me to grow a 5'o'clock shadow"

Just buy some quality oils and pamper it, brush it and wait.

I've also heard of luck from people that genuinely can't grow facial hair using minoxidil.

Solid advice. I have definite 5 0'clock shadow within 24 hours and it grows about 3/16" a week I'd say, maybe slightly more. It's just not full how I'd like it. An area on my mid cheeks near the jaw bone is lacking.
