Hi!

As of late I seem to have a fair amount less energy than normal. Nothing much has changed in my life that should attribute to this. I don't really feel driven and seem tired a lot of the time.

I was wondering if there was any methods or supplements you guys use to help increase energy and even motivation levels.

Thank you.

Do you still lift? Do you mean less energy in the gym or life in general?

Perhaps time for a deload and let your body recover, don't skip the week just do slightly less weight, with far less volume

Or perhaps those pingas are messing with your serotonin levels

Are you on a calorie deficit? If your fats are too low for too long not only will you feel tired and depressed, your strength levels will drop and so will testosterone

Ya. I've been having problems with my shoulders (strains in both rotator cuffs) so maybe that is affecting me...?

General life really.

May consider this.

That could probably be a high possibility.

I've honestly never counted macros etc in my life, I've always just had a "feel" for my body when dieting. I can't say much has changed in that regard though. I generally eat the same thing most days.

in my personal experience it's usually due to 1 of 2 things

dehydration... try drinking this 1-2x a day: 1liter water, 6tsp sugar, 1/2tsp salt. those exact amounts. tastes like ass and is the equivalent of iv hydration. look up how glucose and sodium affects your body's efficiency when it comes to hydration. it's basically the same ratio as pedialyte.

interrupted or not enough sleep... i take one singular toke before bed then go right to sleep. never get up in the middle of the night, and wake up feeling AWESOME.

How is your sleeping? Enough hours? Irregular sleeping habits?
Any recent changes to life that can contribute to a new stressor?

Other than that Ladsy had some spot ons.
If you like them pingas don't go overboard i.e. at least 1 week between usage. They result in cognitive exhaustion and in time that will increase the risk of depression.

My mental health takes a huge hit when dealing with injuries that not only affect my gym life, but also just daily activities.

My wrists have been messed up and I let it affect my sleep schedule and schoolwork. Maybe it's a similar thing for you?

Also a thought. If nothing has really changed that much, maybe it is a hormonal imbalance of some kind.

Could be a lot of things, but what comes to my mind right away is seasonal depression or effects of post supplement usage (chemical imbalance, serotonin issues and/or testosterone changes), assuming you eat healthy and sleep well.

Sleep may be a bit to do with it...

Thanks for the help...a friend has recommended 1500mg vitamin C and 500mg curcumin extract daily to see if it helps..

My energy levels have dropped tremendously since I started drinking everyday, fucking off the gym, and losing 11kg in 3 months maybe they're correlated
