When you're training one muscle group per day, for a bro split.
How many sets should I aim for , for each group. Between 16 and 20?


Also what about an arm day? How many for biceps and triceps? Still 16-20 for both?

I do like

25-30 shoulders
16-20 for bi
16-20 for tri
25-30 for back
16-24 for chest

I do a lot of sets... like 8-10 of some stuff. I started chest just now with 9 sets of decline BB bench.
