I've been working out for 8 months, i feel like i've reached my genetic limit
my life is repetitive, somedays i forget what day of the week it is
i've always wanted to step up my physique game and get onto that aesthetic lifestyle
like jeff seid and zyzz
i don't plan on competing so this would simply be for cosmetic reasons and will not aid
me financially in any way, while it will deteriorate my health.
should i do it?
currently 5'5 160 lb
