Since I'm not getting any younger (24) and I've always wanted to be a top martial artist; I've started paying 200$ a month for MMA + gym. For that price I get 2 BJJ classes a week + 3 Muay Thai classes a week + full access to a fitness gym. That's about 3-5 hours of martial arts a week plus gym whenever I want. Most of my friends say that's way too much but I say it's now or never.
Any input?

depends on the teacher obviously but it seems like a fair deal imo. thats up to 25 hours a month in class time plus the gym aspect. If you have the disposable income and like it I say pull the trigger.
