I snatch and clean into OHP typically. Not sure why but I just enjoy the movement. Probably because I press more than I can snatch with such shitty form so it's a challenge to get it up

I don't train for strength / athleticism. Only for pure mass and studying posing routines like tunabelly

I don't do that much OL atm, power cleans+push jerks ~3x week but the volume is just enough to maintain some technique/explosiveness atm.
Due to wrist injury (can't perform deviation) I can only do ''close grip'' for snatch and cba stretching that much again when I don't want to compete.
Latest vid I've got of some heavier lifts. This was after not really doing any cleans at all for 4 months so technique was bit off.

130 PC, 140 fail (to slow with them elbows)


E: I am thinking about starting to focus a bit more on my cleans so I can maybe hit a 150kg power clean this year.

never video'd them up, but most likely i will in the future.

i do some OH movements for sports performance. i'm a fast-twitch athlete but i've always gone relatively light on OH movements. partly that's because a couple of my ribs tend to displace/dislocate, especially in OH press, and in the worse cases, it's a painful ordeal which can last several days. i'm not a fan of agonizing on the couch. there was a time when i went heavier on OH lifts.
