Hey guys,

Been having the issue of pain in my elbows (esp after skullcrushers - which Ive stopped doing) and after gaining alot of muscle, whenever Im doing heavy sets of bicurls my hands keep falling asleep. If I lift my arms above my shoulders they will also fall asleep in an unaturally short period of time. Same goes for benchpress. Obviously not because I keep them elevated for a ridiculous amount of time.

Now, I know Im prone to tendinitis, I do however try to stretch or massage the muscles close to the joints.

Have any of you had any problems with circulation whilst pumping? Any advice? Stretch more?

Eating healthy, no coffee, using ZMA and kre-alkalyn as supplements. Fish 1-3 times per week. Mostly an arm/hands issue, but it's starting to affect my legs as well. Also, I've got huge veins, which makes the whole circulation issue almost absurd..!!
