So I have been sneezing and used a whole box of kleenex for like 16 hours to a cold I got...first one in like 4 years

But since last night my ear feels like same thing as when there's water in your ear and it's crackling whenever I eat or drink water or whatever else

Anyone know how to fix, annoying af

Took a hot shower

Seems better when I drink water

Probably blew your nose so often it put some pressure onto your ear bones.

Plug nose and try to breathe out hard
