so last night i partied hard and underestimated my alcohol tolerance.

Got shit drunk but behaved and entered my apartment with all my clothes this time and without humans.

I went right to bed, woke up this morning at 06:00 and had to puke. Happened before.

After I puked, I had some slime and there was a little bit of blood involved.

I have been sick last few months, coughing and everything.

What is wrong with me?

likely your respiratory tract is irritated from being sick and coughing so much, and the acid from your stomach made it extra irritated to the point where the tissue bled a bit, but you should do the intelligent thing and go to your doctor to make sure your chronic alcohol abuse hasn't led you to develop some sort of esophageal cancer or some shit. any time you find blood leaking from your body in a place other than your nose or external skin, you should probably check with your doctor.

I don't drink alcohol often and I hope it's just the irritation of my throat compared with a bit of food coming up that causes it.

you dont have to drink it often, you can binge-drink less frequently and still run into problems (binge drinking by definition is more than 2-3 drinks in a single day for a man), though its incredibly unlikely. its probably just that your throat is irritated but your doctor will put your mind at ease better than i can

it's likely due to something silly like irritation, just like cloud said not a big deal, but we're (mostly) all health-conscious here... obligatory better safe than sorry cliche.

It's called hematemesis, the vomiting of blood. It could have been a chronic cough leading to scarring which caused the blood, or it could be of another etiology of a lesion in your esophagus, stomach, liver/pancreas, duodenum. It's best that you go to a doctor and get an endoscopy done.
