im so confused on why this kid is maxing out on incline bench. my brain is about to explode bro. even neil degrasse and carl sagan cant explain this chit. somebody pls help me

this is what u get when you are doing heavy weight on incline bench and not using clamps

i like how he blames the spotter... but if he would of used clamps on the bar to hold the weight's from siding off then the spotter could have easily spotted him

The fact that both these guys look as though they have never lifted in their 40 year lives proves their mentality of "attempting to go heavy" over using proper form with an achievable weight for them.

to me the best part outside of him going after the spotter is that he didn't even bring the bar down

i'm not fundamentally against someone going for an incline max, but it's not my cup of tea and they certainly did it wrong
