to make a long story short, the stationary bike i had broke and a friend told me to check out a desk cycler, but im not sure if its a fine alternative to the stationary bike

any help is appreciated

we have one in our school.
doesn't have any resistance levels but it helps with kids fidgeting
and it sure burns calories if you do it long enough but to as how many im not sure, probably not enoughq

thanks for the info, i saw one on sears website that was 60% off, so instead of $230 its like $95, might just buy it

no, doing a cycle and sitting on a desk will not give you gains.

Well if you're not burning calories you'll put on weight , but no muscle tissue destruction and repair for the roids to work on faster.
