I get really mellow and it just feels good when i'm sore.
Even being hugged when you're arm/shoulders are sore feels good.
Like when you wake up and you stretch your legs....or flex your arms...everything just pops. It feels sooo good
Like sitting in a chair for 7 hours at work and then you lean back on your chair and your back pops 11 times and it sounds fake almost.
WHen my arms are sore enough...i would wake up the next day and flex my bicep...and my wrist would pop and my shoulder would pop and it would feeel soooo goood,.
Or just laying down against the hard floor pushes against your back muscles and it feels super nice lol.
When im not sore after a work out...i feel weird. Like when you have to sneeze but you cant sneeze.
Now days i dont get sore often so i always have this weird unsatisfied feeling.
