Sometimes i just don't get sore. feels like i can lift again the next day.

It probably means i'm not pushing it hard enough right?

idk about you guys but i like being sore.

I really really like the soreness going away and then popping my back and all the bones i can pop in my body.

It just feels good. When you stretch...it feels good...

Anyways, do you guys get sore after all your workouts? lol

Someone told me to do hot yoga if i wanted to get sore easily lol

I rather just lift for now though but how do i get that soreness? Just push myself half to death every time i workout?

Gonna say not drinking enough water/eating enough calories will probably be a good way to promote soreness... right along with being sedentary in the 1-2 days following a high rep workout.

why do you want to get sore? soreness =/= progress

My back core and legs get sore. But it seems like I can work arms and chest daily without getting sore.

I get really mellow and it just feels good when i'm sore.

Even being hugged when you're arm/shoulders are sore feels good.

Like when you wake up and you stretch your legs....or flex your arms...everything just pops. It feels sooo good

Like sitting in a chair for 7 hours at work and then you lean back on your chair and your back pops 11 times and it sounds fake almost.

WHen my arms are sore enough...i would wake up the next day and flex my bicep...and my wrist would pop and my shoulder would pop and it would feeel soooo goood,.

Or just laying down against the hard floor pushes against your back muscles and it feels super nice lol.

When im not sore after a work out...i feel weird. Like when you have to sneeze but you cant sneeze.

Now days i dont get sore often so i always have this weird unsatisfied feeling.

Tear always gets sore. If he isn't sore he isn't making progress. He considers a good workout one where he is bed ridden the next day. No pain, no gain right?
